"If you are going to go here, eat in. Don't do carry-out. Their food is good and the staff is friendly. However, mid-afternoon today (3pm), when the restaurant wasn't very busy, I went in and placed a to go order for a buffalo chicken salad with crispy chicken. When I got back to my office and opened the salad, it was grilled chicken. Called them up, the bartender offered to replace the salad for me. Was going to take almost 30 minutes though to do that. Told her to go ahead and I would come back over. Believe me, if I am eating lunch at 3:00 in the afternoon, it is because I haven't had time to get away from my office to pick something up. Was super excited to give it an attempt... just never get the chance. The server did not look from her phone and when she totally ignored us and went to another table. I could understand if they were super busy, especially on football Sunday, but they definitely not

Had friendly service, but it took forever to get our order. Eating was okay, but certainly not hot. Even after two requests, I didn't get a refill on my iced tea. My son who was in the Navy asked about the veteran rebate, no problem was told, but it did not show up on the ticket. The atmosphere is good. The bathroom left much to wish. Two of the others on the table ordered a kind of spicey chicken sandwich that they say had always come with spices, just came and they had to ask for them. The waitress said you had to ask for them specifically, but they never had to. I don't think I'll return.
