"I’ve visited a few times, and I have not experienced any of the issues that others have mentioned. The smoothies are always good, and the wraps/sandwiches have been delicious. The service doesn’t “knock your socks off friendly,” but it’s not bad either. My negative is that the storefront and doors/windows are somewhat cluttered and dirty."

"Tried to call in a pick up order 15 mins before closing and they told me they can't take my phone order so I'm 5 mins away and drive there, arrive at 7:50 and the doors are locked. "I was in a lot of Tropical smoothie place during all my travels. That's the best so far. I made half the sandwich (Turkeyw/bacon) with the Strawberry Limeade smoothie. I ordered this all the time. That was the best sandwich EVER. The bread was roasted, the bacon was extra crispy per my request. I had a lot of turkey too. This sandwich was so good that I'll get one for my flight home."

"The chicken bacon ranch arrived still hot and fresh. It tasted great, but it was smaller than the picture of it led me to believe it would be. The banana I ordered as a side was the smallest I ever saw. They did not include a straw. I was going to save the All American Wrap for breakfast, but was still hungry after my meal, so I ate the wrap as well. The All American Wrap, on the other hand, was exactly the size I thought it would be. It was so good I raised my original rating from 3 to 4 stars."

"High cholesterol is making me starting to eat healthier so tried tropical smoothie and they have a lot of selections! The girl working was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped me pick a couple of great selections. Price range was medium let anywhere you go to eat nowadays seems expensive to me. "The only bad thing about this place is how close it is to my work. They may as well take my summer pay checks now lol. Its SO good. Nothing else compares honestly. You can taste every flavor in a smoothie separate and they all marry very well together. The staff was SO friendly. They made me feel like a regular my first visit. They are more than willing to answer any questions and they get the food drinks out quickly. RUN don't walk here. Also there's only one size and its big. Honestly at first I kinda thought $5-$6 was pricey but they handed me the cup and my feelings changed right away"
