"This restaurant used to be decent, but recently the service has been terrible. I've visited several times over the past couple of months and I won't be returning. Each time, it has taken 20 to 30 minutes to receive our order, and it’s been incorrect every time—either we get someone else's entire order or there are missing items. My husband loves Whataburger, so we've given them more chances than we would other places, but it's become too much hassle at this point. I honestly don’t understand why people are still dining here."

"I love eating here... it's junk food, but so delicious hehe... they also have a new chocolate chip cookie which is amazing. I'm not giving them 5 stars because I always request my fries unsalted since I have to eat as little sodium as possible due to amedical condition (I know I shouldn't even be here in the first place, but can't help it), I don't mind waiting whatever I haveto wait... but half the time even though I request them unsalted they do give me the fries with lots of salt... besides thateverything is great."

"Not my preferred Whataburger, just close to home. This location (at night when I usually go) is pretty fast most nights. They often leave behind my side of gravy or have onion-tasting lettuce but 4 out of 5 times it's a perfect burger. If I truly can't eat my food because of how it's made, it's not too far and usually fast to get a replacement. Management has always been very kind to me for remakes."

"I placed an order on the app that was suppose to be ready at 5:31pm. I didn’t receive the order until 6:15 and I arrived at 5:37 to pick it up. They said it was because they were waiting on fries. Bull…. The person that took my order Amanda also made the drinks one was the white chocolate raspberry shake. And she gave me vanilla. So I asked her to remake it. And with and attitude she did. And because she remade it I took it for granted it was right……wrong I drive all the way home to find out it was vanilla again. So I came back to the store and told Amanda it was wrong again and she started to argue with me about it. And I had to get the manager involved to help with getting me the right shake. And when Amanda handed it back to me she said see all the red (all over the outside of the cup) it’s raspberry. I will never go back to this store again!!!"

"good lunch. if they want a burger and they want it to be served hot and fast, this is the place to be. the personal is friendly and beautiful, restaurant is in the regular clean with personal inspect and cleansing always so often, and there is a decent amount of seats even during the busy lunch hour. her chicken offer is delicious and decent for a fast food chain. I've always had that and I haven't complained. fries are just fries. they are like normal pommes, not bad, but also nothing extraordinary. I will personally either try the whataburger patty melt, the a1 thick hearty burger or the chop house burger. all are in the gasse and just makes my mouthwater...read more"
