"I would give this place a zero if I could. The restaurant has gone downhill significantly. Where do I even begin? Let's start with the Drive-Thru employee who was on her phone when I pulled up. I had to go inside because no one took my order during my drive-thru experience. It all makes sense now that I see what's happening inside. I was even ignored at the front counter. I waited for about 5 minutes, standing there while the employees just looked at me, not offering any help. When the Drive-Thru team finally came inside, I asked to speak to the manager. I was told by the manager, Tiajuana, that she was too busy to see me and that I would just have to wait. The manager never came out to address my concerns, so I left. On a positive note, the food was fresh and the staff serving me were friendly. However, the overall quality of management has taken a nosedive. Lou, the previous manager, used to ensure that Drive-Thru orders were fulfilled in less than 3 minutes. Unfortunately, that level of efficiency is no longer present."
