The experience was just as I anticipated. The Whopper with cheese was not hot, but the mozzarella sticks with marinara were tasty and served at the right temperature. The staff seemed confused about an item that was prominently displayed on their menu board when I used the drive-thru. Eventually, the manager came to the window and clarified that they don't refer to it by that name (double Whopper cheese bacon blast, or something similar). I likely won't revisit this location unless it's my only choice.
