"I would give this place a zero if I could. The restaurant has gone downhill significantly. Where do I even begin? Let's start with the Drive-Thru employee who was on her phone when I pulled up. I had to go inside because no one took my order during my drive-thru experience. It all makes sense now that I see what's happening inside. I was even ignored at the front counter. I wanted to move forward. 15 minutes later I went in and they didn't even make it. repeated order 4 times and finally spoke to the cook who made it right. after the sacking of the order, the service began to give.me another order. never. food: 2/5

Burger King offers customizable options and affordable prices, setting a good example for other restaurants to follow. The food is always fresh, service is excellent, and despite long drive-thru lines, the experience is worth it for the average family.

The experience was just as I anticipated. The Whopper with cheese was not hot, but the mozzarella sticks with marinara were tasty and served at the right temperature. The staff seemed confused about an item that was prominently displayed on their menu board when I used the drive-thru. Eventually, the manager came to the window and clarified that they don't refer to it by that name (double Whopper cheese bacon blast, or something similar). I likely won't revisit this location unless it's my only choice.
