"We encountered an issue with the app payment not being approved at the drive-thru, and despite trying both of my cards twice, they were both rejected. As a result, we left without any food. After returning home and confirming with my bank that the original payment had actually gone through, we decided to drive back to the restaurant. I explained the situation to the manager, who kindly offered to reorder our meals at no charge. As an added bonus, we received a few cookies to make up for the inconvenience. We chose to eat at the restaurant and were pleased to see that the staff was helpful and friendly with all customers. We've been loyal patrons of our local McDonald's for years, and we will continue to be. Overall, today’s experience was excellent and very much appreciated."
