"Kailei is the sweetest, most kind, professional and thorough Team Leader this location has had, in my opinion! She always goes above and beyond for Starbucks customers. This job isn 't easy, even in a small kiosk type coffee shop like this one, but she tries very hard and especially when working alone! Dealing with the public isn 't always easy, especially post-Covid but if she makes a mistake, and we all do, she will happily correct it. Her knowledge of Starbucks menu items is second to none as is her kind personality! ?"
