"If I could, I would give this Starbucks a zero, it doesn't deserve a star. I didn't want to believe the reviews from other customers of this establishment, but their reviews are very accurate. This is the first time a Starbucks has refused to make me a freshly brewed Verona coffee (or what is called a pour over in English). The excuse they gave me was that they were only making Sumatra coffee, but I can't drink Sumatra as this coffee has herbs and spices that harm me. The service was great, but the restaurant was very busy so it took a bit longer to receive our order. Overall, the food was excellent with a rating of 5, as was the service and atmosphere, both receiving a rating of 5.

While at the restaurant, someone wrote my name on the bag, most likely for the delivery driver, but they also added a sweet "have a nice day" message. It really made my day. Starting off Monday with caffeine and a smile - perfection! Thank you!
