"I wouldn’t leave a one star review but I had to leave one. Rude customer service with employee “Kat”, usually staff is super friendly but she seemed “annoyed”. We asked her a simple question about having a certain holiday cup for sale. She rudely handed my first drink and answer with a short “no”as she rolled her eyes, then we proceeded to her her complain to another co worker about being asked about a “holiday cup”. As she handed us our second drink, we said “thank you” and still no response from her, usually people say “you’re welcome or have a good day”. Was I entitled to a response.. maybe not. We all have a bad days. I’ve worked in healthcare for many years, as well as retail. Some days are a challenge. I understand it’s a Thanksgiving holiday nobody likes to work holidays but if you’re representing a company you work for you should still provide good customer service. This is my neighborhood Starbucks, I’ve been coming to this location for the past three plus years, this visit was a little upsetting."
