"Delicious food, great customer service, but prepared for traffic jams are worse than the Blue Route and Schuylkill Expressway. I really need to give credit to this location for their amazing employees and customer service. Sometimes I wonder if this location has hired all the best fast food workers in the area that force all other local fast food sites to rent the remains. Customer service here is incredibly refreshing, especially after one of the fast food locations below Baltimore Pike. The great food and customer service comes at a price, although... absolutely terrible traffic jams. Make a wrong turn in the shopping center and are ready to sit in traffic for up to 15-20 minutes at times. Make a wrong turn after picking up your order... You could also start climbing down and be willing to board the passage line again to buy your children another dinner after dinner."

"If ONLY, at least 1 out of 4 times our order would have everything we ordered and paid for, I might give it a 3 star. The food is usually pretty good, but it sure stinks when 1 person out of 7 doesn't get part or all of their meal. When we pulled up tothe window there at least 4 girls outside the window. One asked our name so they could find the bag but no one ever asked ourname, so when we started to give them the size and some info on what we ordered, they just looked for the biggest bag and whenmy sister explained that the last 4 or 5 times we had items missing and could they double check the order.... they just handedher the bag and drinks and walked off. It would be rude of us to block the line in order to verify we got everything, so wepulled over in the parking lot and did the best we could in the limited front seat. Of course, again we were missing items andNO ONE wants to drive back across town when the family is trying to have dinner. NOT GOOD AND GETTING REALLYYY OLD!"

"Oh c'mon! It's Chick fil a ! We all know it's perfect, in fact ibwas beginning to think something was wrong after 30 years of not once getting my order wrong and I'm hearing impaired for 4 years now so you'd think there would be 1 miscommunication! But NO! All I can say is that for thr first-time EVER I was to take a sandwich back bc the chicken was so thin, the filet, that it was mostly breading and for thr first time ever I didn't get that crunch then juicy perfectly cooked chicken breast! Anyway I DID NOT take it back just went ahead and ate it bc well it wasn't too bad and I didn't want anyone getting chastised for what was obviously a mistake from the company that supplies the chicken breasts!! Hey back to my original thought. C-fil-a is absolutely the best !!!!!! Best employees and best fast food if you can even categorize them as so!"

"They really put the fast in fast food. They are quick to take orders and quick to fix any mistakes (which they seldom make) in orders. It's usually full during lunch/quitting time from work days (4-5-6 pm), and are closed on Sundays, like every other store in the chain. It's all chicken based, for anyone who hasn't been here, and they do offer waffle fries, real good chocolate chip cookies, lemonade, chicken soup, breakfast items and mac n cheese."

He had the typical chick felt an experience, but his seemed more passion for his job, a total aura that radiated satisfaction. Definitely something I could notice. "Arguably the worst experience I've ever had at a chick fil a. The girl taking our order talked over us the whole time, assured us she had our order correct despite us questioning it because she was clearly not listening. We get to the window and our orderis wrong. Its an easy fix, but when we explain the mistake they argue between one another about whether or not to charge us morefor the missing item (mac and cheese instead of fries as a side instead). We didn't even ask for the missing sauces because wewere ready to go at that point. The boy at the window was polite for the most part and we got our food, but the way it washandled in a manner where we could hear the girl who took our order essentially calling us liars over mac and cheese is sad tosee at a business that rarely disappoints. The food was good tho ????"

"The food here is great and the staff is always friendly. You have an indoor playground for your children and many seats. The drive-thru is practical and usually quite fast. There are no outdoor seating and the interior could use a remodel as it is an older location. There is a lot of parking, but can be hectic for lunch."

"I would give this less stars but Pricilla completely changed my review. I came to this chick fil a early this afternoon on my lunch break and couldn’t come back until after work, i ordered a maple pepper bacon chicken sandwich (regular) and received a spicy chicken sandwich, when i came back to chick fil a to get the corrected sandwich the guy in the drive thru told me “i can’t just give you a free sandwich” even after showing him the receipt proving i ordered a regular maple pepper bacon chicken sandwich, when i pulled around to leave i let the ladies at the window know my situation and pricilla said “let me see what i can do for you” and came back telling me she could give me the regular sandwich, i also came home to the surprise of a brownie in my bag, thank you pricilla so much for helping me out. i did not want to waste $8 on a spicy sandwich."

"One star Usually Chick-fil-A does a good job however today I'm I ordered a large lemonade lemonade and when I got home I realized it was a small sprite as well my large French fries were hard and cold. I also did not even get my Deluxe chicken sandwich that gave me a spicy chicken sandwich I have never been so upset with this chick-fil-a. I also ordered 2 ice cream and I didn't even get that! This is just horrible! Update The manager made it right. Great customer service!"

"If you gotta do fast food, do Chick-fil-A! Their Frosted Lemonade and Frosted Strawberry-Lemonade are to die for (remember to ask for the whip cream . The chicken noodle soup and the chicken tortilla soup are perfect on a cold winter day (who knew they even had soup? . The 3 or 4 piece chicken strips are seriously so good and better than anywhere else. They have delicious, hot, gooey brownies that melt in your mouth (who knew they had brownies? . Yeah, it can be a bit spendy but it is definitely worth every penny. The employees are very kind and helpful. They are closed on Sundays. Big bummer but I understand."

"After placing a few online orders, I've found that the service at this Chick-fil-A is a bit slower compared to the one in Corinth. My orders haven't always been prepared according to my preferences. The food itself is consistent with what you'd expect from other Chick-fil-A locations, but the pick-up service here could definitely use some improvement compared to Corinth."
