"As a customer who was not familiar with your menu, I didn't feel that I has a good experience. The cashier who took my order in the dt line had 3 years of experience that did not get me what wanted. I said I wanted a chicken sandwich with lettuce andtomato..... he up graded it to a deluxe .... I got fried chicken not grilled, which is what I wanted. There were pickles on thesandwich...which I didn't want but it was still edible. I realize it was fast food but I thought I'd get closer to wanted."
