"Where do I start...? First of all there are 2 lines clearly indicated to reduce the wait time but the first lane wasn't working and there were no indicators letting customers know that it was just one line to be used. So I was there for a while before being asked to join the other line. The voice thingy was echoing the heated misunderstanding going on in the kitchen, when it finally got to my turn to make payment the attendant didn't open the window to take the payment for a good 3 minutes!!!! When she finally got to open the window she threw out a weak apology that wasn't sincere and not one needed. To crown it all up my fires were too dry and my spicy chicken burger fell short of the Checkers burger glory!! My experience was so flawed from the get go that I might not visit in a very long while. Too bad. But hey life goes on"

"I ate here last night because it was the only place open and it was the worst food related experience of my life. I got a small shake, five boneless wings, and 3 mozzarella sticks. The order took 10 minutes without anyone else in the drive through, and when I got my BONELESS wings they were bone-in. I didn?t mind it so I went home and slept. All night I was extremely sweaty and at 4am I threw up. I?ve been throwing up for the past 5 hours and it has checkers written all over it. I will not be returning to this checkers or any of their locations and I recommend you don?t either."

"My wife and I just left this establishment not too long ago. We ordered a mother cruncher meal and a spicy chicken sandwich meal. I asked that the food be dropped fresh to ensure that we would have hot food. It was raining really bad but we waited as the lady asked us. When we received our food, the bag was warm so we initially thought that they made fresh food as we asked. Turns out the only thing that was fresh was the bag the food was placed in. Not only was our sandwiches were cold and soggy but the chicken patty on the mother cruncher was completely burnt. This was a low point in eating from here and we will not be back."

"Okay so me and my family drove into the drive through, we ordered 2 number 3s with both garlic parm fries and the girl working was distracted meaning taking forever to get to the window and gave us the wrong fries even though we all order garlic fries and and the girl only gave us one of the garlic fries and not the other. She instead gave us a regular frie and also claimed she didn’t hear my mother ordering the food. Was highly disappointed with the service cause the girl was rude and gave us the wrong order of fries.Probably won’t be coming back cause I usually really like this place."

"They have 2 lanes 1 for ordering and 1 for mobile pick up order my food arrived at 1050 was suppose to be done at 1055 didn't get our food til almost 1115 and it was fries only. The French Fries tasted as though they were cooked in old, used grease from a prior day, having gone cold and reheated for the present day. In addition, I would suggest that an inspection be made by code enforcement to confirm the sanitary condition of their facility. Menu is overpriced. I have learned my lesson and will not again waste my money there, when hundreds of better places are available in Jacksonville FL. to choose from. I simply cannot recommend them to others and do not regret my evaluation."

And of coarse cherckers driveways and drivethrous tend to be poorly designed, however this has the least overly tight corners and least amount of potholes.
