"Very poor service. My burgers we're not worth the wait time. The French Fries tasted as though they were cooked in old, used grease from a prior day, having gone cold and reheated for the present day. In addition, I would suggest that an inspection be made by code enforcement to confirm the sanitary condition of their facility. Menu is overpriced. I have learned my lesson and will not again waste my money there, when hundreds of better places are available in Jacksonville FL. to choose from. I simply cannot recommend them to others and do not regret my evaluation."

Got to the line at 12:40 , it's now almost 1:30 and the line has not moved not one car, I haven't even been able to place my order yet, and I'm stuck between cars and can't leave. Probably will be here for another hour from the looks of it.

Food is good, wait is unreasonably long. Lady on the mic during night shift is very accommodating. Only other thing is that there is a STRONG sulfuric, rotten egg odor as soon as you pull into the parking lot (the smell is NOT coming from inside the restaurant! Oh gosh it is a repulsive smell!

I work in almost food and deal with a lot that the woman who worked the window was very rude. I know how I get my order correctly from beginning to end, but always loud with me because they don't understand is my fault, so my commentary ask why they scream was valid, they were still looking for all in my car and got smart mouthed say I caused problems. I went without my command that was disappointing because I was just working and wanted to eat hot. I hope she has a better night or a change in the career.
