"The burgers here are really good. The tots are decent. I rarely go here though because of how expensive the prices are. For 2 burger meals expect around $40-50. The price of a meal at a decent sit down restaurant. The reason for 2 stars however is the customer service. Out of the 10ish times I've been here, almost every time the girls working behind the counter seem to always be visibly unhappy. They have made me feel annoying every single time I've been there without question. One word answers, rushing the orders, incorrectly typing in orders and never asks to clarify, they just type in whatever sounds closest to what you said and push the order through. My roommate and I have an ongoing jokes about going into this place because of how terrible the service is every time. Its a shame because besides the steep price, the burgers are great. Have decided to stop going but if customer service is not important to you, its worth trying once or twice."
