"June 30, 2024: An authentic little taste of Europe here in Reno. I had the curried chicken salad on a croissant with a side of potato salad. Both were excellent and I appreciate the cookie that was added. The menu boasts quite a selection of breakfast and lunch options. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying several other things. July 5, 2024: Today I tried the Weinerschnitzel. It is made with chicken here instead of veal. It is dry and paper thin see picture. It is served with mixed vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, and carrots), with a choice of potatoes or spaetzle. I ordered the spaetzle picture below. My only other experience with spaetzle was in Switzerland where it was awesome. It's just ok here. Go with something else..."

"This place is so good, they're a little slow during the rush but besides that they're great, The lady who commented about the service is an idiot , they're obviously understaffed and busy. I don't understand what she's talking about with the service, it's a deli in the tenderloin.. what do you expect? Them to be smiling and getting on their knees to pease you ? "BEEPS is located conveniently close to our office and offers a wide variety of menu options at affordable prices. However, despite the delicious food, the service at BEEPS is incredibly poor. The young and incompetent staff have repeatedly made mistakes with our orders and show a lack of respect for customer service. On one occasion, when trying to place an order over the phone, I was put on hold multiple times before ultimately being hung up on. When I visited the restaurant in person, the same servers who mishandled my order avoided making eye contact and showed no signs of apology. It is disappointing that there is no manager present to address these issues. Numerous customers have left after experiencing delays in receiving their food, and our office spends over $90 on lunch orders each time. It seems that the focus at BEEPS is solely on making money rather than providing proper customer service. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to BEEPS due to the incompetence of the staff. The owner should be aware that it is the servers who are causing customers to take their business elsewhere. Sirena"

"When I entered Main Street Coffee Shop, it felt like I had stepped into a coffee shop in Tampa! The aroma of the coffee was delightful. This charming coffee shop is fantastic. The decor is adorable and inviting. I was impressed by the wide variety of coffee options. They also offer wine and beer. The food selection was unexpectedly great. I ordered four coffee drinks to go and a couple of sandwiches. All of them were fantastic. I own a salon downtown and our staff couldn't stop talking about how amazing this coffee shop is to our clients all day. The staff at the counter were friendly and welcoming. It would be even more fun if they added board games and books. I think having an open mic night would also be enjoyable. I have found my new favorite coffee spot!"

"This restaurant is always busy, with long lines but quick service. The lady in the drive-thru was nice, polite, and professional. However, my coffee had too much creamer in it, making it undrinkable. Despite this, I was pleased with the customer service. Normally I go to the one in Rochester, but it was too busy today. I decided to stop at this location on my way to work since there were only a few cars in line, which was unusual. However, as soon as I got in line, 7 or 8 cars pulled in behind me. The lady at the window even asked how I was doing and said good morning, showing good customer relations. This kind of service is sometimes necessary and appreciated.
