"BEEPS is located conveniently close to our office and offers a wide variety of menu options at affordable prices. However, despite the delicious food, the service at BEEPS is incredibly poor. The young and incompetent staff have repeatedly made mistakes with our orders and show a lack of respect for customer service. On one occasion, when trying to place an order over the phone, I was put on hold multiple times before ultimately being hung up on.
