"Overall, the service was missing on our visit. Not very welcome at arrival, no Happy Hour Specials when sitting in the dining room, drinks very slow, a person meal took an additional 3-4 minutes to arrive, empty drinks for a while before on... And when we got the bill, I noticed that the review was already 18% of the Gratity on it for a table of 4. I asked if there should be luck and the server said, not safe, sometimes there is and sometimes there is not. Said it depends on the crowd, but didn't know the crowd. I paid it anyway, but not happy about the experience as a whole. Eating was decent, not sure if we were going to leave another."
