"No valet parking, which is uncommon for Federal Hill restaurants. Out of calamari at 4:30 pm. Also out of the dinner I had ordered of a somewhat limited menu. Asked to share a salad which they split and charged us $4 to do so. Overall a disappointing experience"

"Everything was absolutely amazing!! I expected the pasta Bolognese to be delish. But truly everything we ate was wonderful. We had salad, fettuccine alfredo with mushrooms, fiocchi, tiramisu and cheesecake for dessert. Oh my goodness. It was the best cheesecake I've ever had in my life. And the fiocchi was out of this world!! It was filled with pear and ricotta and other stuff and was just unreal. Also service is super professional and friendly. Love. Will definitely come back!!"

"we tried the avenue club for dinner on Monday night. we have never been there and were initially thrilled by our experience we were greeted by a friendly host who welcomed us in the restaurant, gave us menus and told us about appetizers and cocktails throughout the day. we began to be excited when we looked at the drinks menu and the variety of the old fashions they were offered. the appetizer menu also looked fascinating with a relish tablet, onion dip, fried pickles and more. the atmosphere was modern, clean, airy and seems like a great place to hang up for drinks our waitress came. she was funny, perky and helpful. we ordered an old fashion derivative. we also ordered...more"

"I have visited this restaurant numerous times and always enjoyed the food. However, during our last visit for dinner, we experienced some frustration. We waited patiently at our table while the bartender appeared to be busy chatting with patrons and doing tasks like cleaning dishes. After a few minutes of being ignored without any acknowledgment, we decided to leave. Although I have recommended this place in the past, I will no longer do so."

"Our visit was on Valentines Day. Nice menu with vegetarian and healthy options, reasonably priced. Music set a romantic tone. The host and manager were delightful, but our server was dismissive once we ordered water only to drink. While the server to the adjacent tables was friendly and made sure guests got water and drink refills, we received none. Our orders included ribeye and chicken picatta — both were very good, and the brussel sprouts were awesome. We got dessert “to-go,”: cheesecake (good) and molten lava brownie (incredibly decadent). Would recommend and will visit again."
