"The Munch Factory at Joseph Bartholomew Golf Course is quite the hidden gem, as is the golf course that it serves. The menu is limited, but everything on it is excellent and moderately priced. I had the gumbo today, which featured a dark and rich roux with shrimp, oysters, crab claws and andouille sausage. It was outstanding, as everything has been. It's obvious that they really care about their diner's experience. The staff is friendly and attentive. It doesn't hurt that the golf course is a well manicured and challenging layout, and the people are welcoming and friendly. Oh, by the way, you don't have to play golf to enjoy a meal at The Munch Factory. I have a buddy that takes his lunch break there. Five stars out of five. No joke. Best golf value around, and top notch chow. Try the club sandwich, Caesar Salad, Gumbo! Or the hot sausage sandwich, a great burger and fries, also."
