"The Munch Factory at Joseph Bartholomew Golf Course is quite the hidden gem, as is the golf course that it serves. The menu is limited, but everything on it is excellent and moderately priced. I had the gumbo today, which featured a dark and rich roux with shrimp, oysters, crab claws and andouille sausage. It was outstanding, as everything has been. It's obvious that they really care about their diner's experience. The staff is friendly and attentive. It doesn't hurt that the golf course is a well manicured and challenging layout, and the people are welcoming and friendly. Everything was absolutely delicious! Awesome service and very nice view. Great atmosphere and wonderful hostess. Fried ribs were tender and fried to perfection. Wings were ok I felt they could've been cooked for one or two more mins but overall great taste.
