"We think our waiter needs more experience relating to people. We also think he needs training in the proper way to handle food. He packaged our leftover appetizer in the back kitchen where we could see him handling our food with bare hands. That is very unsanitary."

"had a 7:15 reservation at a Wednesday night. armed on time to a lobby full of people. was placed around 7:35 clock so that at least some of the in the lobby must have been walkable. there was a confusion (can be trained? on the hostess table, as there were 3-4 people staring on the monitor and not many people sitting. when we came to our table, we were immediately greeted by our server and placed a drink order. drinks arrived at 8:00 a.m., which set the ton for the evening (I will not list all cases of unusual delays. it is nice to see that they are very busy, but it felt like the restaurant was underoccupied. if this is the case, they should not keep the whole restaurant full and in any case it should be some backup server support such as dizzy (preferably manager check in and help address immediate needs. it was obvious that other server try for those who were not available but it was inadequate. the food was good, but the rest of the experience was underwhelming. I would be surprised if there is so much to do if there is no better logistic service plan."

"We made a reservation and were sat outside in a âheatedâ tent. It was degrees outside and there was only one heater for a large tent. It was freezing! The area in the tent was filthy!! Food all on the ground. Looked like it hadnât been cleaned in days. We waited for minutes in the cold for our server, they never came and then we left."

"WE has a delicious meal. If you like ribs then this is the restaurant to get them. They're the best ever. We had a combination of meat, chicken, and vegetables, and everything we ordered was excellent. The service was good and the place was clean and attractive. We had reservations and our table was ready for us when we arrived. All together it was a wonderful experience."

"Overall, it was a decent experience, but service was missing from the host at the front to find out where we place, although we do not have reservations (OpenTable) to our server Sophie (which was good) to see us after sitting. In addition, we didn't expect us to sit at a table that was wobbly at a keg, not a fast food joint. As a weekly keg cartridge I had a certain degree of standard expectations and although it wasn't stellar, it was decent... to be made with much more improvement."

"Staying a night in Moncton and asked the hotel staff for recommendations for dinner. They recommended The Keg. We looked at the menu and it did seem a little pricey but the food was great! I had the oven roasted chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts with bacon. I didn't care too much for the skin on the chicken (it was mushy) but the chicken was moist and very tasty. My husband had the top sirloin and twice baked potato. The steak was just a steak but the twice baked potato was so good that I ate most of it for him! YUM!! My husband also had the wedge salad with ranch dressing. This ranch dressing was AMAZING!! I'm not sure if they make it themselves but OMG I wanted to bathe in it. Best ranch dressing I've ever had! The ambiance was nice as well. It was dark and cozy. The music was extremely loud but I can look past that. The service was great, our server went over the menu with us, made suggestions and took very good care of us!"

"We found out about Blue Heron Catering by a Google search. Blue Heron Catering was top notch from the beginning to the end of our wedding process! Julie, was extremely helpful with food choices, a day of timeline, and was quick to respond all throughoutthe planning process. We chose the beef brisket, pesto chicken, creamed corn, red skin parmesan potatoes, and Michigan salad forour wedding meal. Our guests raved about the food! As the bride, I wish I was able to eat more of the food (such as try thepesto chicken since I never got the chance to). I would definitely choose Blue Heron to cater another event."

"I just moved to the area this week and wasn't feeling making dinner. I've been wanting to try East China, and tonight was the night! I ordered pickup via Doordash, and while it took a little longer than I anticipated for it to be ready, it is DEFINITELY worth the wait! My chicken pad Thai could ONLY be improved by being spicier (I'll note that in my order next time). The Thai tea with brown sugar Boba is PERFECTION. Holy COW, I am blown away, and I will be back regularly! Thank you, ladies gents!"
"we visited twice in the last week in vacation of england, host family, my wife was also here two months ago the visit of my wife three months ago were very successful at our first visit this week I had a fillet minion...Steak, who died in the top 10 steaks that I have ever tasted, and the food of my wife was also excellent, her salak was so great the service during our visits in this week was 110% brilliant at our second visit I decided to make for brittle with ripening a big mistake that was boiled over and so tough it was unusable, but the ribs were good, but they took away the food to bring me a fresh eat, I was offered a steak, but tied some chickens, a big flaws the second restaurant the staff was very apologetic about my poor food and said that they used to serve frying on the bone, but by exchange on breast meat was the quality of cooking more difficult to achieve the steak of my wife on the second visit was really good kicking myself that I did not order a steak at the second visit!"
"Unfortunately some of our meals were not up to par. The escargot mushrooms were so small, 1/4 of the size of the snails. The escargot and the stuffed mushrooms were so greasy you could hardly eat them. The entrees were good except for the ribs. The ribs were completely over cooked to the point of dried out and crusty. Did not eat the ribs.. took them home for the dog. The service was great as usual. Thinking the chef had an off night!"

"Got a teriyaki sirloin, was cooked to medium rare (what I wanted) but was very disappointed with the flavour. Tasted like a flavourless burnt crust with flavourless steak inside. Voiced my concern and was told that how’s it’s supposed to be and now I know not to order that. Server was nice and attentive other then that. I keep coming back to how flavourless it was. Tasted like a cheap cut of steak that they forgot to put any seasoning on and burnt a crust on it."
