"Staying a night in Moncton and asked the hotel staff for recommendations for dinner. They recommended The Keg. We looked at the menu and it did seem a little pricey but the food was great! I had the oven roasted chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts with bacon. I didn't care too much for the skin on the chicken (it was mushy) but the chicken was moist and very tasty. My husband had the top sirloin and twice baked potato. The steak was just a steak but the twice baked potato was so good that I ate most of it for him! YUM!! Visited with family to celebrate wedding anniversary. Service was great! Food was awesome and steaks were cooked to perfection. Also, plenty gluten free options on the menu! Will be back!

It was late and every other place I tried had closed their main kitchen. I was looking for a quick calamari snack and ended up back here. I forgot that they deep fry other things to fill out the order, red peppers I think. I did appreciate that they put the sauce in the side. It was crispy, but I've had better. I don't know why I keep ending up back there as it's not a favourite of mine. I think it's the hours and the location is convenient, being attached to the hotel where I typically stay when I'm in Moncton, but that's it. For me, it's not horrible, but it's not wonderful either. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
