"I have to admit that the food at this restaurant is fantastic and reasonably priced. However, during my recent visit, I was taken aback by the rude behavior of the hostess. Although she wasn't necessarily rude to me, she was extremely disrespectful to my colleague who had been here several times before. Instead of asking if he was familiar with the ordering process, she condescendingly explained it to him step by step. This was a surprising and disappointing experience as we had never encountered such behavior during our previous visits. Despite this, I must reiterate that the food here is delicious and served quickly. The drink selection, including alcoholic beverages, is good and the prices are affordable. Although there is another BBQ restaurant nearby, we choose to dine here. We even introduced our engineer friend from Mexico to American cuisine here and he loved it. I would recommend this restaurant, but I hope that future customers are treated with more respect. I won't tolerate such behavior again as everyone can have a bad day, but it should not affect customer service."
