The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. We shared a dessert of sponge cake with chocolate sauce, raspberries, and whipped cream. It was absolutely delightful! "Amazing steaks, and garlic mashed potatoes! Bake potatoes huge! We were able to take a bottle of our favorite wine, and just pay a corking fee. Mother in law had lemon halibut and said it was good. Father in law I can not remember what he had besides his gumbo side of soup. He said it was not that spicy. We were celebrating a birthday and dessert for that person was on the house. "I'm still on the hunt for the best fries, but unfortunately I didn't find them at Jonathan's Rub. However, I did discover the most amazing Onion Rings. They are so delicious that they alone are worth a visit. The fries were good, but not exceptional. They were well-cooked with a nice seasoning, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They had a good texture, just not the best I've ever had. The menu looked enticing, but I didn't try anything else. The prices are on the higher side, so be prepared to spend a decent amount for a dinner date."

"The place was a little slow when we came in but grew busier as the night went on. The food was very good, service was fast, and the waiter was quick to refill our drinks. "Went on Wednesday for burger night after our volleyball team won some games. Great beer selection, yummy burger, got a nice little dessert too. If available the brisket here is spectacular but it's a rare event. Went back again after volleyball and it's still a nice local spot. Burger was good fries were very good. "I was not a fan of Corks and Forks when it first opened....food was mediocre and so was service. So when I was told that’s where our Friday night group was going, I was hesitant. But boy was in for a surprise! The food was great! I had the special: crunchy oyster appetizer (delicious) and a surf and turf entree.... the steak was tender and praise god not overcooked.... the shrimp were perfectly done. And yes this time the service was wonderful...i.e,.. my wine of choice is a Chardonnay that is rich and flavorful so that’s what I ordered when I came in. However this Chardonnay was flat and tasteless ...but the beauty here is that all I had to do was get the waiters attention and tell him I didn’t like it and he immediately brought me back something I knew I couldn’t pass up which was a lovely Beefeater martini. That’s the kind of service that pleases a guest! I certainly hope Corks and Forks stays open with the ridiculous foolishness it’s going on with renovating bridges (bridges I never knew existed on bootlegger) it’s hard for people to get to the restaurant. I also hope that the people who have spent big bucks to build beautiful homes in Terra Bella won’t all leave because of the 2 million apartments that have just been built on the site as well. "My husband and I went on a date night with two other couples at Forks and Corks. The specialty drinks were amazing, the waitress was attentive and knew the menu well. There were options for our guests who couldn't eat seafood. We tried four of the appetizers and they were all delicious. The pickled shrimp was especially good, I will definitely crave it. I had the redfish and it was outstanding. The atmosphere was clean and modern, perfect for both group dinners and romantic evenings. I highly recommend Forks and Corks."

"The food was good. The atmosphere was fun with all of the downtown Nashville goings on. But the friday afternoon waiter did not want to be at work or maybe he just thought we weren't going to tip him. I'm not sure; bad attitude. We saw the person who was seating get super upset at a couple who just wanted to move to a different table. She was still cursing under her breath when she walked away. I have no idea what was going on but not a good look. Overall, I'm pretty sure you can find a more pleasing restaurant in Nashville."
