"First off, I want to compliment our amazing waitress. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but she was so accommodating and patient towards my party my husband and I, our 2 year old son, my mother in law, and my elderly aunt. (JIC management is reading this, we were in Monday 6/6/2022 in the early evening. The chips and spicy salsa we started with were tasty and they were served with a yummy bean dip my son couldn’t get enough of. My mother in law got the tortilla soup, and enjoyed it, even though she said it was different than what she had discovered on our trip to Puerta Vallarta last summer. She also got enchiladas, which were pretty good too since the portions are pretty big she shared with us. One thing to note is that El Valle doesn’t have alcohol my aunt wanted a margarita and we had to wait til we got home, but no biggie. My aunt got the nachos, which she said were fantastic. After our meal she approached our waitress to let her know how good they were and that she’d be thinking about them after she goes home out of state. My husband and I split the large chicken fajitas. They were also tasty and came in such a big order we were able to take our leftovers home and make tacos out of them for 3 a toddler a few nights later. We’ll definitely be back so glad we decided to try this place!"
