"Well, Quick, Family style Mexican food in a casual fine in the environment. We like this place, but this time when we got our pages from Salsa, it was as if they forget to fill the container. Swampy wanted a real Mexican meal! This is the place. We had the smashed burrito absolutely awesome and the chili fries mouth watering. A must have definition when in Brighton Colorado

This place never disappoints. Mexican food can really upset my stomach. At Santiagos I run out that I enjoyed my meal and do not regret it later. The green chili, breakfast Burritos, Enchiladas and Barbacoa Tacos are excellent. The service is always good and fast.

Still in my top three Colorado restaurants, although those moved to the number two on the green chilli roast, they still have some of the best Mexican foods in CO!! I'll probably be a lifelong customer. The beef and beans of Indian taco are broken in half and will always be my dish of choice. But I just had everything on the menu and it's all very good!
