"I have been dining at this restaurant since I was a child, so my review may be biased as my taste for Japanese food has been influenced by them. I believe they serve great food here. The portions and quality are excellent. I particularly enjoy the spider rolls (also known as soft shell crab roll) here, as they are made just right according to my taste. Unlike some other places that may leave out ingredients like avocado, carrot, sprout, or cucumber, they include all of them in the roll to provide a balance of crunch from the soft shell crab, carrot, and cucumber, and a buttery goodness from the avocado. I also recommend trying the sunset roll if you enjoy raw dishes. The teriyaki beef, chicken, or salmon options are also delicious. The beef is not thinly sliced and stir-fried quickly with sauce, but rather a piece of steak cut into pieces."
