"we were very pleasantly surprised by trestle. we chose the restaurant because we went to a nearby theatre on a date night. because of traffic we ran late and called the restaurant to know it. they were incredibly gracious to receive over us and kept us on the running when the table had to be turned around. our server was calm and gracious and really took care of it. we chose another starter, pasta, entrée and dessert. While all were very tasty, there were several layers due to the interplay of aromen on the plate. our favorites included the summer squash soup with erdnusssalsa macha and cotija, the fried pork with plumen and marinated beds, and the lemon verena panna cotta. a thing to consider: it is not obvious, but the pasta course is an additional cost. the three inclusive courses were plentiful and the fourth course was added almost too much."
