"Food excepcional, nice place, but service very Poor, I Think if you are going to have a full restaurant must have at least suficient personel. We asked for cocktails and these never came, we had to cancel and go directly to the wine (after claming our server for service) we believe sommelier was salutating known guest instead of those who arrived earlier. "I love this restaurant! that was my second time here and it was just as good as the first time. the staff is so friendly and helpful! the bartender is delicious and makes great cocktails. eating is delicious. I had the sea bass with a light lemon sauce. it was perfectly cooked and was moist and delicious. my man had the chicken cacciator and he said it was the best he ever had. we were friends and they loved their choices too."

"we were so on tonight and the restaurant, just to enjoy everything. our waitress was at the beginning good, knowledgeable and timely. To achieve the problem, they have different employees supply the meal times and allegedly the main waiter staff checked back when the meal times are delivered. one of our meals was not what was ordered, and even though we told the waiting staff several times, he left the wrong eating at our table. we waited too long until someone gets the meal until the waitress starts to look at the table while he told my man that he begins to eat his meal. we finally stopped a waiting staff that didn't even wait for our table. he immediately took the meal and we waited again. while my man desperately tried to eat slowly. what caused the friction between us because I thought we were eating together. Finally, our waitress returned, told us that the meals were delivered to the wrong table, although a meal was right. explain that the other meal was prepared, but it will take a little time. you have to ask who has eaten? When the meal(s) were delivered, they brought my men also second meal plate. if we ask ourselves if we want to take it. unfortunately we went to the theater and couldn't eat with us. then the manager was involved and apologised, the waitress apologised and I ate very quickly not really enjoy my meal or this experience. they finished my meal they would have done anyway. will we go back? will we recommend? to both, but not immediately."

"Had a closing/celebration dinner w/ investment partners at Cherry Circle Room last week. We had an excellent meal from start to finish. Cocktails were great. The sommelier recommended great wine to go w/ all courses. The oysters were excellent. And, the entrees were perfect all the way around the OG ribeye and the duck were amongst the favorites. Top it all of w/ a unique, stand out environment and service, plus a night cap at Cindy's Rooftop. Great night all the way around!"

They never mess up my order, the staff is wonderful and personable. The people complaining are the type of people who ruin the ambiance of the store with their own entitlement and immaturity. "I ate at Dickie Brennan’s in New Orleans on 06/19/2018. We had a party of six and arrived around 7:00 pm. We realized upon arrival that we were a little under dress, but the hostesses assured us that it was no big deal. We hadn’t made a reservation, but we only waited about 10 minutes to be seated. Before seating us they asked if it was okay for us to be seated in the bar. We had a young child with us so we appreciated them asking before just seating us in the bar. Within two or three minutes of being seated the waiter came to take out drink order. I was surprised to find out they did not sell sweet tea, but I was politely offered unsweetened tea. Our drinks came out quickly along with warm and crisp French bread. We ordered a small New York strip, a fourteen ounce ribeye, the petite filet, and the Grilled Gulf fish, along with a few sides. We waited no longer than thirty minutes for our food and in the meantime the wait staff made sure our drinks were full and asked if we wanted more bread. The New York strip was ordered medium and was a little rarer than expected, but was still edible without having to send it back. The ribeye was ordered well-done and although a little crisp on the out side the steak was still perfectly juicy and tender. The petite filet was ordered medium-rare and was cooked to perfection. Each steak was topped with a garlic herb butter which added just enough flavor depth to make a melody in your mouth. The grilled gulf fish was fork tender and was served with vegetables, both were seasoned nicely. While eating we had four different people, including the head waiter, come by our table asking how our food was. It was upscale and the prices reflected that, however, it was well worth it considering the excellent service and food. We will definitely be eating here again."

"So much for celebrating a 10 year Wedding Anniversary.....upon standing at the hostess station they told us they needed to close (we had a 6:30 reservation). Their reason was they ran out of food. To be fair their was local festival occurring that may have resulted in an influx of patrons, but since I booked on OpenTable the least they could have done was send a comment, cancel my reservation, etc. They did nothing, we drove 45 mins (2 cars), paid for parking (2 cars) and walked in to find out they were closing at 6:30pm. I asked to speak to a manager; end result was they offered us 1 free appetizer card for next time....there will be no next time."

Some of the standout were oysters, short rib agnolotti, and cream catalana dessert. They also have several mocktail options, which is much appreciated! "We celebrated my husband’s birthday yesterday at J Prime and it was fabulous. Every aspect of the experience from the service, food, drinks to the ambience was exceptional. We loved it and this is our new favorite place. I enjoyed the perfectly cooked salmon melt in your mouth goodness. My husband had a steak and it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The birthday cake was a wonderful touch to our meal! Our server, Marcus, is one of the best we’ve ever experienced. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, thoughtful, attentive (but not overly), engaging and has a strong work ethic. When we visit again, we will ask for Marcus. Thank you Marcus for making our experience the BEST!"

"The food was disappointing and not clearly described on the menu. The calamari was coated in sauce, which was unexpected and not to our liking. When we told the waitress, she just said it was a popular dish and walked away. The risotto was overly salty, and the scallops were bland. The service was rushed, with our main course arriving quickly after our appetizers. Overall, the experience was overpriced and underwhelming. I would not recommend or return to this restaurant."

"in total, opposite the tail end of our dining room experience, everything was ruined, we were there for our 27 high-time day ended out of it completely deserted and embarrassing. the manager accused me, bcos their system from whatever reason shown that I don't pay when I showed them an entrance from their system of payment. I could not convince them for all the time, I think the manager were motivated by racism-Becos, they would not leave the question going away, even if I offered to give them another card, under a condition that they write to me that the other accused did not refuse by them bcos they were not sure bad service overall a zero not going there more I was a regular parade of them since they opened in the seaport. they ruined everything together one of my worst experiences."

"Beautiful restaurant with a great vibe. Great customer service. Overall a pleasant experience. For appetizers we ordered the tuna tartare, grilled octopus and calamari fritter. The tuna tartare was bland and unimpressive. It did taste fresh. The grilled octopus was out of this world. A perfect combination of the grill flavor with lemon. Perfectly cooked and tasty. The best plate of the night. The calamari were very tasty but salty. A little less salt and it would stand out. For dinner we had the ribeye. We ordered it medium but some areas of the ribeye were rare. It comes with potatoes and asparagus. The potatoes were a bit dry with only bacon and feta cheese. We also had the mushroom ravioli with shrimp. Great taste although it can improve. The desserts were wonderful. The creme brulee was awesome, tasty and full of flavor. The tiramisu was outstanding. Due to the tuna tartare and the calamari I am giving them 4.5 stars although Google only let me pick either a 4 or 5."

Easy for myself, and my two teenage daughters who range in the high end of teenage year to low end to choose from the menu with no problems. A+, food is always excellent when I dine here.
