"the room was clean. the bed was okay. the personal of reception was very friendly. the restaurant staff, not so much. they wear masks, but do not wear them properly. many restaurant staff had masks under the nose or so loose it remained. some restaurant staff even wore their masks on their kinen in the dining room. do not let them give them rooms 200 to 207. these rooms are over the kitchen. the personal plays loud music and pots and dishes well at 11 o'clock. the public laundry noise over the hall was baptized at any hour and the service elevator was every time when it landed on the floor day or night. when we asked for another room, they said they were full. I'm not sure."
