"the room was clean. the bed was okay. the personal of reception was very friendly. the restaurant staff, not so much. they wear masks, but do not wear them properly. many restaurant staff had masks under the nose or so loose it remained. some restaurant staff even wore their masks on their kinen in the dining room. do not let them give them rooms 200 to 207. these rooms are over the kitchen. the personal plays loud music and pots and dishes well at 11 o'clock. the public laundry noise over the hall was baptized at any hour and the service elevator was every time when it landed on the floor day or night. when we asked for another room, they said they were full. I'm not sure."

I am so sorry to hear they have closed this beautiful lodge. Hopefully they will reopen in the future.

waiter cried to sit on us after 10 minutes. the sign said they were sitting themselves. the food was good.

new lodge with large rooms and magnificent views. beautiful hiking trails. beautiful public spaces. great view. we liked it better than fairbanks and denali prinzessinnen lodges. service is the weak connection: long wait for food, they sold our spots on our confirmed paid excursion and finally decided that we have a refund. all employees are new and try so hope that the glitter will be worked out before their visit.
