"The current level of ineptitude at this local dunkin is abysmal. The food tastes ok, the front area is fairly clean and organized, however the problem arises when you get behind the counter. Over the past 6 weeks I have been to this dunkin at multiple times during the day and I have found that the location is dangerously understaffed and ill trained. Oftentimes there would be just one person for hours at a time manning every station, with no manager, and no support. This is bad however it seems management has failed in its attempt to provide adequate training for its employees, who are the face of the franchise, not the manager or owner. It is as simple as not knowing how to make one smoothie type or another, when I ask what goes into a strawberry banana smoothie, the employee should not have to ask me if i know what goes in it. This is just an example of a lack of knowledge that has been instilled in employees, and if the food wasn't already pre processed I would be extremely worried about my health. But let it be clear that this seems to be a systemic problem among every staff member I have encountered. This is scary because if someone is not adequately trained in preparation of all food, then it will lead to a mistake that could be fatal. This is just a warning that negligence can cost you, so whomever the owner is you need to stop skimping on staff and then give them the training, if not this problem will continue to get worse."
