I get that you went through a renovation and new staff but please, we are loyal and frequent customers and don?t need the attitudes from new employees. I will go out of my way now and go to another location in Haverhill.

Sometimes they get your order right and sometimes they don't which can be frustrating because it's just coffee. And I mostly just order a regular hot coffee and literally half the time they forget the sugar entirely! Or they don't stir it and it's justall at the bottom. This is a training store so I guess that explains it.
