"Both the service and the food were missing very much. We sat in a back room where it was so cold that you had to eat practically with a coat. The waiting staff was very indifferent and aloof. The food was completely unsatisfactory. It took a long time to come (it was not busy, came overcooked, tasteless and cold. Steak ordered medium rare was well made and cold. Page of the Koleslaw tasted fault/fermented! trout dressed with crab meat had no crab meat and was completely overcooked, gumy and bland. Scallops were also overcooked, gummy, cold (not their theme here? We should get salads and they were never brought. When someone asked the waitress, said, “You did the request. We will not bring the salads if you do not ask.” So why are they included as with the Entrees in the menu? Baking potatoes contained no butter or acid cream. We had to ask, and then it took the waitress 15 minutes to come back and throw some packages on the table and go away, No desire to ever come back, and I can not recommend avoiding this place enough. We were not the only diners unsatisfactory. We heard other people at the nearby tables, who are the same complaints and even send food back to the indifference of the staff."
