"I called to inform the manager, Howard, of our experience and he responded with extreme rudeness and was disrespectful throughout the conversation. He even hung up on me twice before shouting at me on the third call, which I recorded and reported to the authorities as it was highly unprofessional. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life, and my family owns a well-respected restaurant chain where we would never treat a customer in such a manner. This is not how a business should be run, the customer should always be valued and listened to, regardless of when the complaint is made. Howard laughed at me and said I had waited too long after our visit to raise the issue. I explained that I was trying to find the receipt, as most companies require an order number.
It is clear that this guy is very inexperienced and needs to be reported for his unprofessional behavior. I am completely appalled by this experience. Lastly, this business is clearly biased towards women, as they are treated poorly and feel unwelcome. Do not waste your time here, as it appears only homosexual men are accepted at this establishment. Absolutely disgraceful!"
