"We visited Smokey Bones at 9 PM on a Saturday for karaoke, and there were about 12 of us in our group. Unfortunately, we had to wait over an hour just to get a table. Once we were seated, several people ordered various dishes including chicken fingers, ribs, and other appetizers. Our server was friendly, but it took more than an hour for our food to arrive. The drink service was also quite slow. I feel our server could have potentially increased her tips had she proactively checked on our orders, but she seemed overwhelmed by the volume of customers. When our food did finally arrive, it was quite tasty. I would recommend this restaurant, but with the caveat that you should avoid peak hours if you want your food in a timely manner."
