"I regularly go to St Simons for junior golf tournaments, and I always wanted to go, but it seems like there are never reservations. I had no idea it was an Asian restaurant. The name sounded American and also oyster bar, so I didn't bother on the menu. The ravens were excellent! My friend had half the chicken, and unfortunately it wasn't boiled in the middle, and I don't mean pink. At some point, she cut herself into the flesh and rolled out blood. They took it out of the bill and reduced their rams by half, which was very nice of them. She also ended with the rams she loved. We had the One Night in Bangkok cocktail. It said that Thai chili had in the drink, but the spices were overwhelming, and we love spicy. We tried the cabbage rolls that had some kind of meat in them. You were just okay... nice restaurant. Beautifully decorated, beautiful ambience for a date night. I'd probably try again since the Uber driver said he never heard anything bad about the place."

"I was athos several times and was looking forward to it. I was disappointed by our worshippers. they both felt they were bland and lacked the normal taste. also lacked the long-term, which in any case remembered frozen bagged vegetables. the highlight of the meal was the hummus pita appetizer. I know that the restaurant changes the hands, so hopefully this was just a swallow in the transition. I would give them a further chance. the service was excellent as always."

"The staff tried. The food was wedding food, and not oh wow that is great wedding food just eh I can eat some of this to survive. The Maitre D came at the end, when our card had already been taken, and asked about the meal. We were polite but let him know we were not satisfied. We told him we understood staffing trouble and he told us the troubles they were having. He said dessert was on him but then said bill had already been rung so he gave us a note for the next time? he took our plates of dinner which had barely been touched and when asked if we wanted a box and we quickly said no he didn?t once offer a refund or any compensation beyond the dessert. They are dreadfully understaffed so taking 30 minutes for a drink, having empty water glasses for another 30, an hour until apps are all understandable with the staff issue. My dirty martini wasn?t dirty. My husbands mint and cucumber mojito had no mint the second time. The only food that was what we would call in the range of good was escargot and the fried oysters. The Brie tasted as if it had turned. The seafood chowder was bland, the Cesar salad was soggy, the ribeye was COVERED in bland brown gravy, chicken piccata was flavorless and a bit chewy and all the vegetables seemed to be ready for purée they were steamed and no detectable seasoning. We actually asked an hour and a half in to cancel the entrees if not started, we just wanted to leave. The waiter said they were almost ready and being people who hate to waste or inconvenience we said okay we will wait. We shouldn?t of, the meal and tip was $200 and we still had to get another meal that night. It was our 10 year wedding anniversary and our original plan for 18 21st was canceled due to a flooded kitchen. This place was recommended as somewhere to dress up for and get great food. It would make for a romantic wedding venue and had we just gone for a drink we may have had a different view but the food, it just was not good if you like flavorful food, or .. fresh food. "Authentic Tapas in Mill Creek?. The only regret about eating at Tablas not being able to try everything I wanted to on this diverse Spanish menu. We tried the Stuffed Mussels, roasted veggies with romesco, and my favorite of the evening the Bacon Wrapped Shrimp with Charmoula. All were fabulous and make me anticipate a second visit. The giant farm table that sets the theme for this taverna is beautiful but a turn off for most American diners. They may have to rethink this idea..."

"Really cool dining room, very upscale and the menu sounded so promising. And it 's James Clary, so it had to be good, right? Well...my first visit shortly after they opened was with my family. We entered and the hostess just stared at us, so I brightly said, Hi! Welcome to Fish! We have 4! I guess she didn 't think that was very funny. It went downhill from there. The server had too many tables so she was behind and slow. The fish in our appetizer was old. The manager took it off our check and gave us a coupon for the next visit, which was nice. I gave them some time to work out the problems and went back several months later and ate at the bar on a Sunday afternoon. Service was inattentive, I was never asked how my tuna was (it was old also) and didn 't even eat half of it, but the girl didn 't even remark on it. I would have had a second glass of wine, but since she never came back after she gave me my entree, I didn 't. I 've heard that the new Clary 's is great, so I hope whatever problems they had have been worked out."

"We’ve been to the riviera house a few times since it first opened, and I must say the overall experience has been decreasing each and every time. This is the second time we come here to celebrate a special occasion(birthday), and this time was very disappointing. The service was very slow and the food did not meet expectations. Appetizers and drinks were good. We got the Thai calamari and poke nachos (both were good However, all of our entrees were tasteless. I got the ahi sandwich, and ended up eating just the French fries. We ordered a medium/rare steak and it was fully cooked. The arrosto de pollo was dry and the dish did not have much flavor. Not to mention, I did include to our reservation that we were celebrating a birthday, and our server did not even acknowledge that. Not sure what happened this time around, but we were left very disappointed"

"We have always enjoyed Harriman House. Unfortunately, last evening we were disappointed. I ordered one of the day 's special entrées. It was veal served over parmesan risotto. The risotto was delicious. The veal was almost impossible to cut and had a lot of grisle. About one forth of it was edible. On a positive note...we weren 't charged for my entrée. My husband had the pork chop and said it was just OK . Bread and a vegetables are not included with entrées."

"We travel for a holiday from PA and try this stop based on reviews and reviews. First on the plus side, the food was pretty good. We have Stuffed Mushrooms to start. The filling was fantastic and the mushrooms were well cooked. My wife got the minishore with one of the best Clam knowers I've ever had. I have the Captains Platter who was good. I found the fried mussels were the star of this show. A few negatives. For beginners they are still in the pandemic menu, so it is limited. That's okay, but not everywhere I've seen on their website. The service was also quite slow, but they have registered to let you know that they are short employees so it was expected."

"11/2022 Wifey had the fish and chips (French fries were a potatoes mix fried, personally don 't care for that type of frie) and I had the Roadhouse Cobb and had Mesquite Chicken added on top killed it. Also had yummy rolls and an IPA. 6/2020 My family and I come here twice a month minimum. Great food, great bar, good service, at a good price. 2/2022 Ok I see my last post was 2 years ago, which is good cause its consistent with my remarks today amidst this COVID 19 situation. Well we ordered today off of Postmates cause as we all know the Virus has us Safer at Home so we got delivery and they were amazing. We got a family deal, The Tri Tip for $35 bucks! What! Six big pieces of tri tip steak, four big baked potatoes, roasted corn, and their famous rolls. We also ordered a side of Cheese sticks. We were able to make four plates like the one below. Food was amazing. Remember their not able to pull the steaks off, throw them on a plate, then to your table. So the food isn 't as hot as when your there at the restaraunt but every bit as good. It was a good reminder with the note they wrote on top of our bread container, I attached the pic. We 're all community. Do what you can to help support."
