"good quality food, however the staff was lacking. there were groups that came in after our group of 5 and left before us, some around the same number of people. the server was taking care of an entire section, and was not attentive to our group. there was simply not enough staff for the experience, and we ended up waiting almost 1.5 hours after eating to pay and leave."

We had a fantastic dining experience at West. The service and attention to detail was exceptional. Our entrees and cocktails were equally as good. Our only complaint was excessive noise and profanity from the adjacent table—but the manager stepped in and offered to move us.
