"I just had a late lunch. I've been coming to chilis for years and I've always loved it! eating is almost always great! this place seems well occupied. I have the groundless chips, suppe and salat. in my first suppe I found a large piece of plastic packaging where the suppe comes. I worked in the food industry, so it was really not a big thing for me. I'd rather find that as a hairpiece. I'm waiting for my waitress and she said she'd let the management know. She apologized. they would think someone would come out of the administration to apologize. they have not."

"(Food was old dry like it had been under a heat lamp for hours. Order came out wrong. Quality was non existent. Won't be back. We ordered two starters (fried pickles cheese fries then our meals (a burger sliders Because they come with a sideof fries, we asked if we could substitute the fries with our starters instead and pay the difference if there was one. Our foodcame out quickly, which was suspicious but we were hungry so didn't think much of it at first. The server put the food down,quickly asked if everything looked alright as she walked away. It was a basket with the fried pickles, 2 sliders and small roundcontainer with cheese fries that looked hours old. Then our meals came out. 4 sliders, burger ANOTHER cheese fries that lookedworse than the previous one. We shrugged at the extra food but after the first bite both of us knew nothing we had been givenwas fresh. It was so dry and disgusting I took 2 bites and stopped. My S.O. ate 2 sliders and stopped...we paid, left the tablewith the majority of our food untouched."

"Honestly thought about not leaving a review. But people need to know this location is lacking in every way possible. First off, when we walked in at 6 there were maybe 7 tables seated. The lady standing at the front asked us to wait. That she had 3 ahead of us in a group. So we sat down. In the middle of waiting a blonde lady and a gentleman with red and black hair had a conversation on where to sit people. But the blonde lady said Oh well you have to ask so and so to see if you can sit people over there, see if its okay with them . Then they both kinda just stared at eachother then and walked off. My family waited for 15 minutes with no sign of sitting anytime soon. All the employees were just standing around on the floor near the back. There were multiple dirty tables not taken care of, dishes have been taken but not cleaned. After waiting for 20 minutes to be seated in a restaurant that was super super slow we decided to take our business to apple bees. Its only 2 minutes up the road, had amazing food and amazing FAST service. I suggest dont waste your time here, just go there."

"From the moment I arrived and sat at the bar, I was provided excellent service and food. The quality and portions, for the price, cannot be beat! I'll be back in 2 weeks for an additional 2 week stay, and I am sure that I'll be returning! Later that evening, when I reviewed my receipt, I noticed that I'd been over charged. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. Without a second's hesitation, he apologized and instead of refunding the $2.99 overcharge, he emailed me a $10 gift card!!! This alone showed me just how much this company, and specifically this location, are all about great customer service. When I want quick, affordable, tasty food and great service, this is where I will go!!! My new GO TO Ft Lauderdale place!!!"
