"1. The server was new needed more training. 2. I ordered my drink which was a Arnold Palmer it was warm. I had to order a cup of ice. The server told me the tea was hot an apparently melted the ice. 3. My order was a 3 for 1. Which you get a drink, a starter then the main course. The starter that I ordered was salsa chips. I didn't get my starter until they brought my burger fries. 4. For me it made me not tip the server because for me I was very disappointed with my meal. She didn't do anything to deserve a tip."

"I only stayed at this restaurant because I had a gift card. However, the waiter ignored us multiple times before finally attending to my wife, myself, and our two daughters. Despite noticing us when we were seated, he served other customers around us before getting to us. After 45 minutes of waiting, our drinks and entrees were still not served. When we finally received our entrees, they were cold. I am choosing to leave now without paying, as I am extremely dissatisfied with the service."

"Once we were seated, our server was polite and attentive. We were a larger party of seven, and our food arrived fairly quickly. However, it was served cold. The speed of service wasn’t the issue; unfortunately, the food quality was lacking. This isn't the server's fault; he did his best under the circumstances. Overall, the long wait time in a mostly empty restaurant, combined with the disappointing food quality, leads me to believe this will be my last visit to Chili's. Even at a casual dining place, I'd expect the food to be hot when served, but that wasn’t the case here."

"I go here almost every 2 weeks with my boyfriend when I come home to Apex from school. This specific location has the best service and is so special to me. They have the crispiest crunchiest flimsicle chips that perfectly crunch in your mouth, yet constantly lose the battle against guacamole in the best way possible. If there was a word to describe this place it would be Perfect. GOD BLESS CHILIS!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Great location! I had some cold fries, but they quickly corrected the mistake. UPDATE: On June 7, 2019, under the new management of Andy Hall, the service was exceptional, and he even remembered us from our visits years ago when he worked as a server in Delaware—he recalled our usual orders! Andy is a larger-than-life character, and that pride is evident in his restaurant, the staff, and, most importantly, the food. It was so delicious that I completely forgot to take a picture, and there were no leftovers! We took advantage of the 2 for $25 meal deal, starting with loaded fries as an appetizer. I ordered the traditional ribs with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. The ribs were perfectly cooked and fell right off the bone, the broccoli was crisp, and the loaded mashed potatoes were fantastic. My son had a Bacon Burger with fries, and it disappeared in no time! For dessert, we chose a chocolate chip cookie with ice cream. Our toddler had pizza and mandarin oranges, but he wasn't interested in saving any for lunch today. A big thumbs up for Andy and our server, whose name I can't recall at the moment!"

"They should probably get a better evening manager we watched two couples walk out as employees looked over at them but never came and sat them, also they were not busy more busy with chitchatting amongst themselves .I eventually just called there main phone line and asked them to seat us since we drove over an hour away to eat there. Customer service definitely needs to be worked at this restaurant and this happens every time I’ve been to this location in the last two years. Food also was sitting for awhile before it was brought out. This restaurant use to have so much potential it’s sad to see it go down hill."

"I visited this restaurant on the weekend specifically for dessert. I wasn't sure about the server who assisted us, but she was a young girl who did an excellent job with our service. I give her extra points for her professionalism. The melted lava cake was outstanding and well-priced, as were all the other dishes we tried at Chili. The chocolate laboratory cake was especially rich and delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant."
