"for those who follow my reviews, I have to share them here. we are now in south dakota and really wanted to eat an authentic Mexican. not many options here. in any case we were told that we were going to “Que Pasas”, so we did. Never! we then decided to just go to a chain restaurant and we chose this place “On the Boarder”. great decision. we were here on 17.09.22 at 20 o'clock. our very attentive server, maddy, was there definitiw. the place was clean, probably not packed because of the time and eating was actually very good. we had ordered the version of the Bang-Bang garnelen as an appetizer, two entrees, the carne asada and a 3 Taco-Mahl with a large watermelon margarita and 2 large beers. our total number was even less than what we paid at the other place, including maddys tipp. I went to this restaurant and did not expect anything we received. I'm still looking for the authentic real deal, but until or when I ever find out here, we'll go on the boarder. when they say something is sharp, they are not exaggerated. we had a very good and very welcome experience from the moment we entered. thanks for maddy being profi, polite and attentive.
