"The meat was delicious, we ordered pulled pork and beef brisket. Both were moist and tender. Cheesy potatoes were good as well. Beans were also good. The food is served cafeteria style and the guys that were serving it were having a great time and were funny and awesome to talk to. The vibe inside Hill Country is Texas country with wood floors and walls, long tables and chairs and also smaller tables for smaller groups. We did see several large groups while here and they were able to all sit at the same long table. I would definitely recommend this place if you like bbq and would definitely eat here again"

"Upon arrival they didn't have our reservation so we were given the next available table which was on the first floor. The ambiance wasn't very welcoming dirty and notcleared tables everywhere, the place itself seemed very dirty I found it rather disgusting. The food is ONLY for those who like fish or seafood for all others there are not many options and the options chosen were totally untasteful. Service was very poor, too"

"I really enjoyed my experience! It was a busy Sunday brunch, but we sat fast with a party of 4. Star was our server and she is great!! There was a delay in getting our pitchers from Sangria, but once they came they were very delicious. Our food was delicious...shrimp and grits were brilliant (and have lived in New Orleans for the last 4 years, I am very picky! Street breakfast was the basic eggs, geese, bacon, biscuit and all very good; the Omelettes got rave reviews; and we shared waffles that were made very good...and the syrup is decorated! We didn't hurry to leave some places when they were busy. They played great music, I liked the whole mood of the place and the staff. I will definitely be back!"

"The food was good, the ambiance was nice, and the entertainment was enjoyable. However, there were several issues that left a negative impression. Firstly, after being seated and given menus, we had to wait over 30 minutes for the waitress to come by. Secondly, the wait time for our meal was excessive because the chef didn't prepare orders in sequence. Additionally, after asking for the bill, it took 20 minutes and some effort to finally receive it. Our 1.5-hour dinner turned into a 3-hour ordeal due to the lack of attention from the wait staff, who seemed more focused on the bar patrons than the restaurant guests. Lastly, the tip issue was disappointing as well. Despite leaving a 9% tip due to the poor service, we discovered that the restaurant had charged us a 21% tip on our credit card statement. Overall, we will not be returning to this restaurant."

"not a good culinary experience in any case. the only reason why I would give this place even 2 stars for our “fine dining room” experience is because our server michele was wonderful and the desserts were very good. we arrived early and had checked early, and they had said it would have been a few minutes, 20 minutes later our reservation time came and then no text after we had waited for an extended 15 minutes after our scheduled reservation time. after going and mentioning they had not given us a reason why, then we sat up on the balcony from which we were receptive until we had waited 20 minutes. we then had to get up to tell the hostess that we were not even greeted or even given by a hostessin/hotsin water/bread. the host/hostess gave no reason why others say: "oh their server may not have seen them" when we returned outside our seats, our server michele came by and she was very apologetic and had let us know that nobody made them aware that we were even there. for a fine dining room with higher trips the customer service was extremely lacking and eating was bland, meals were also small, especially in comparison to how large the desserts were. I think, above all, I am very disappointed and annoyed that no one (manager/head boss/hossins) has come to apologize or try to correct their mistakes by perhaps desserting or compposing our drinks. we will definitely not be back or recommend this facility. very excited for our night from fine eating on holiday that this was our experience. we understand that the world is short-occupied, but it lacked communication and accountability for such a high-priced/valued facility. this could have been easily avoided or at least put on."

"We are on a road trip up to Blairsville Georgia and Gatlinburg Tennessee. This is where we decided to stop for the night. The concierge at our hotel suggested Company Supply and it was perfect! We've been to New Orleans many times and love the food there! We had gumbo, chicken perdu and bananas foster.. perfect portions!!! in fact we split the catfish Purdu! Wonderful service and great prices."

"New Orleans is a town for foodies. I am still looking for that essence of this wonderful destination. This restaurant owned by the Brennan's it quite the spot. Service was excellent with a very polished and attentive waiter who knew his menu perfectly and was happy to share and guide us through our orders. Drinks were great, food was fresh, served hot and nicely seasoned. I ordered their signature redfish dish with crabmeat and was very impressed. Tasty crab atop a beautiful redfish filet atop a bed of their seasoned potatoes. I had a very nicely prepared salad with local tomatoes greens and feta with a tangy dressing that was a great appetizer. Double chocolate bread pudding to end was quite tasty. Next time I will order coffee too. My guests were equally pleased with their meals which looked equally fabulous. All said... Make your way down Bourbon Street and enjoy!"

"My wife and I went here for the first time after passing by it for years and it will be our last. The Staff is friendly, service was fine but the food was just okay and it took some time before we got our meal. The food portions for the cost wasn't the best either. Overall, wasn't impressed.
