"it was date night with my wife of 26 years. the waitress was so polite and cared for us. eating was pretty good, we were there several times and eating was better, but it was still okay. the only thing that was a problem was where we sat, it was cold because of the air venting situation. we will go again because we like to eat and always had really good service."

"Came here on a rainy Sunday, ordered two chicken biscuit sandwiches to go and some baked goods. The turn around was very quick and the staff was incredibly sweet and helpful! When I tell you, I inhaled this chicken biscuit sandwich….it was a symphony of flavors, with each bite tasting better than the last. Highly recommend!Food: 5/5"

"I will alway stop at an Irish Pub and restaurant, hard to find British faire. Stopped by with the family after some hiking and was impressed. Front door was open to bring in cool air, the smell from the kitchen was in the air and beer/wine glasses were heard. Very good food, staff were friendly as can be, and very tolerant of our kids who were beyond hungry."

"My husband and I accidentally walked from this little diner on our walk for a Savannah city centre. This is now a new MUST every time we are in Savannah!! The food was absolutely delicious, full of taste, unique, and some of the best I had in a while from everywhere! I had the Avocado Smash, my husband had the Peace Bologna Sandwich. They were both so amazing that we shared and ate half of each other! I am a restaurant manager so much more critical than some when it comes to service and food specification, the service and atmosphere was also great! Thank you Maddie and Shorty for making our brunch perfect and a new Sav stop for us!"

"While I escaped the threatening anger of Hurricane Ida, my wife and I have booked a room in Beaumont. Beyond the hotel we saw the Twin Peaks restaurant. After looking over the online menu, we decided to enter. We were for a real treat. Autumn, our hostess, welcomed us. She showed us on our table. She asked if we would escape from the storm that threatened Louisiana. She showed real concern about our situation and was glad we got out in time. Seana, our server went into our conversation and she showed concern. She ordered our drink. We had the pleasure of meeting Eric, the manager at the service. He spoke of memories of escape from bad weather. These were some of the nicest people we've ever met. Seana brought or drank and then took our food order. My wife ordered lemon pepper flavored bone-in naked chicken wings. I ordered the Spicy meatball skill. Talk about good! Very tasteful. Plenty of food for your money. Our server made sure our drinks were full. It's always a pleasure meeting new people. We really felt welcome at Twin Peaks. Anyone who exists should praise for such a great attitude and the customers feel comfortable."

"This place is exactly what a tourist trap looks like. Period. There are a number of videos on YouTube that suggest a great unique experience. When you go, just remember all the food is bland there is no seasonings of any kind used in this place. We had six people in our group, and every meal we had was terrible, this is nothing more than a French quarters con job. After spending $500 at this place for a meal I want you to know that I leave this message. Heavy hearted only trying to save you from the same mistake. Do not listen to all the reviews on this system, suggesting that this place is good. If you do choose to go, just remember, I already warned you !!!"

"This was our third time and the other two times have been good. This time ended a fiasco. We were a party of 8 with early reservations on Christmas Eve. We were seated on time at 4:15 and the restaurant only had about 5-7 table occupied. Our bar order appeared to take a long time but we ultimately received it. Several ordered appetizers and that was when we noticed several were missing silverware. We placed our entree orders and that took forever. When they were delivered, my plate was very hot however my Brussels sprouts were cold but I said nothing. Another in our party said that all of his food was cold and the waitress took it back...unfortunately it was not redelivered until absolutely everyone else was finished eating...very awkward situation for all. Finally he asked for a takeout box. The manager ultimately came over and comp’d the meal but for an upscale restaurant a take out box is not what he had in mind for Christmas Eve celebration. To make matters worse, when the bills arrived two couples were totally mixed up with charges. We knew each other and in the essence of time we thought we would just settle the differences n cash between us but the waitress insisted in doing it all over again. Now the time has grown to 7:00, everyone is flustered and you guessed it, even the redone tickets were still wrong. Mealtime ended up being almost 3 hours of total frustration. Restaurant definitely is having a problem with both the wait staff, the kitchen and the bar. Not anywhere interested in returning until we hear things have improved! It’s a shame as it started off nicely."

"beautiful building that we had an excellent evening meal. we tried the teufelseier who had crispy speck on her. then my hubby chicken wing had mac n cheese. the wings were smokey sharp. the mac n cheese is great. my son had the brisket, perfectly smoked slowly roasted. he ate everything! the only feedback I would give is to add a dipping sauce for the fried boobs. total really great food service."

When reservations were made we were not notified that there was a time limit on our lunch. As we ate, crew were literally taking down the umbrellas around us. The whole experience was rushed and less than stellar. I think letting your guests know their time is limited is only fair. It does not make sense for your commute to be longer than your actual lunch. In addition, when we asked the waitress If there was another bar on the property we could go to, we were told that “She didn’t know and wasn’t sure.”"

"my wife and went to lunch on Thursday. to my surprise they have a happy hour of 11-6. I was in the mood for a good hamburger. we both had the classic cheeseburger $6 and I had French french french fries, my wife sweet potatoes. the burger was a good 2 handmade burger without falling apart. the pommes were good. we enjoyed the sun on us when we sat outside on this cool day. service was good and relaxing. we felt like on holiday. we were new to the east coast just move in. we could both end our French fries, so please I ask for a box and took them home to make kartoffel soup. have never made suppe with French pommes. add a russet bake kartoffel microshaft, scaloping caramelized, and the normal beer. it was great, it had the fried odor. we will enjoy an evening of Christmas lights there."

"This was my family's second time dining at Sticky Fingers. The meal was just as good as we remembered. "Plano has a no smoking policy for all restaurants. On January 7th, 2005, at 6:30 PM, my guest (who was visiting from out of town) and I noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke while we were dining. We saw some people smoking at the bar, so we decided to move to the back of the restaurant. However, the smell was just as overwhelming there, so we requested to speak with the manager. He responded in a rather rude manner, stating he had already told the smokers to go outside but wasn’t going to babysit them. He added that he wasn't the type of person who would call the police on patrons. As we left, we saw him laughing and chatting with two men who were smoking by the bar. The way he spoke to us was both rude and shocking. I will not be returning to this restaurant."
