"Stopped in the afternoon and tried the Impossible Big Boy and salad bar, it was fantastic! We were in on my husband's lunch break so we were in a bit of a hurry, the manager assured us it would be no problem to get us in and out and she wasn't lying. Tina, the manager gave us a review card to scan and I promised her if everything was good I would definitely do a review, so here I am! 5 stars for service, price and customer satisfaction!! Will definitely stop back in the next time I meet my hubby for lunch."

"One Friday evening, while in the Drive-Thru line, I saw a sign advertising a new menu item called the Family Slider Meal Deal. It offered 6 sliders and 4 sides for $19.99. However, when I tried to order this deal, I was told that only three sides were available to fulfill the 4 side part of the deal. In reality, even though Big Boy did have four different sides, only three were available with this new menu item deal. So, to make up for the missing side, I was forced to accept a second side that I didn't really want, and pay extra for the fourth side I desired - onion rings. After waiting for twenty minutes, I realized that they had forgotten one of the side items I ordered. I have a suggestion for Big Boy's marketing department: instead of confusing their loyal customers with offers like 6 sliders and 4 sides (when really only 3 are available), they should simply add the fourth side item to the menu. They could easily offer a menu option that includes onion rings for just $2 more."

"Went for dinner tonight not thinking Monday nights would be too busy and the server greeted us giving us a warning that she was the only server on the floor! We accepted that and have expected most restaurants to be short staffed anyway! But Christina S. Totally rocked it!!! She had 2 parties of 6+ people, on top of that their was probably at least 7 or more other tables and for her to be alone we had the best service we have ever had at frischs and the food was fresh and on point! Shout out to Christina S for fabulous service!"

"We visited the Maysville, KY Frisch's on Saturday, 28. May 2022. We had 8 guests in our party and everything just went great. 2 members of the party wanted fish, and our server said they had run out. However, there was no problem because chicken was still available. Our server was Francesca and she did an excellent job. Very professional and we were served timely with kindness and always a smile. The food was served hot and in time. Thank you Francesca for giving us such a great culinary experience and giving us the time to visit the family."

"We love the Big Boy platter! It's an AWESOME sandwich/meal. It's my go to sandwich when we stop in our local Frisch's. My wife always gets something different and has never been let down or disappointed. They also have a salad bar that is very good. The prices are great as well. "the only positive things are at least my cheeseburger was fresh and my waiter was prompt. for 90 of my visit, my waiter tried to sit guests, take orders and meet customer needs. he did a good job, but it was too much for a person. Finally, when I was ready to leave the personal began to help him. they do not fall for the new craft burger, all it is a super big boy with different beats. sad friches is just a cover of what they were."

"5 stars to the manager on duty tonight who went above and beyond with fixing an issue. I did not catch her name, but she was a new manager with brown hair in a bun and she has amazing people skills. I know times are hard for food service workers, so I want to make sure she knows her hard work and personable nature with the customers is much appreciated! I am vegetarian and was excited to try the new Impossible Burger, which I ordered with the spicy sauce. I got home and realized that the burger was beef and also did not have the spicy sauce, so I went back to the store. The staff was pretty understanding, but the manager was a very kind lady who sympathized with me not only issued a refund for the combo like I had requested, but also saw to it that I got the right sandwich. The final product was delicious! Thank you!!"

"We are in town staying locally to visit the Ark encounter and creation museum. We stopped by here to eat with my wife and two sons. Our visit was pleasant and our meals came quick and our meals were great. Our wait staff was kind and accommodating. Tables were in need of clearing but this was understandable in today's economy and staff shortages."

"Drove thru here today for the Route 127 yard sales. I just wanted a buddy boy. Ordered one for me and one for hubby. He also had cup veggie soup. The soup was fine, the sandwiches horrible. We parked there as soon as given order to eat. The buns were soggy wet on bottom. Made the whole bun taste like raw dough. There was plenty of wet coming off the ham, tomato lettuce; hardly any tartar sauce. It did not taste like a buddy boy at all. was so hungry or would have, should have taken them back in. Shame on this location for not serving the normal tasty Frischs buddy boy."
