"Well we finally managed to get to Beaver Lake Bistro to try in t out. We were pleased with the food and service both. Our party had the sausage pizza, the Split Personality burger, the Mahi Mahi fish and chips, and the grilled Salmon. The fish and chips were done just right with crispy coating and flaky fish. I liked the texture of the Mahi Mahi in this dish. The chips were lightly seasoned and fried just right. I am not a fan of coleslaw so can't really rate theirs. The burger was half sausage and half Angus beef. Had a great flavor and was quite good. Juicy and not overdone. The Salmon was done nicely. The thin edges had a little char from the fire grill, but the rest was juicy, flaky and flavorful. The pizza had a hand tossed style crust and was cooked just right. Was a 14' size."
