"Well we finally managed to get to Beaver Lake Bistro to try in t out. We were pleased with the food and service both. Our party had the sausage pizza, the Split Personality burger, the Mahi Mahi fish and chips, and the grilled Salmon. The fish and chips were done just right with crispy coating and flaky fish. I liked the texture of the Mahi Mahi in this dish. The chips were lightly seasoned and fried just right. I am not a fan of coleslaw so can't really rate theirs. The burger was half sausage and half Angus beef. Had a great flavor and was quite good. Juicy and not overdone. The Salmon was done nicely. Wow! Tons better than the original Tony C restaurant. Hey man put in an enclosed smoking room off of the pool table area for us smokers dude! other than that this place is great; it's beautiful what this guy has done; this new owner is fantastic!
