"Been eating at Marche for over 25 years and usually it is excellent, however, recently we have had 3 bad or subpar experiences there. First was a $125 bottle of champagne we ordered. Served with no ice bucket to keep it cold and the waitress kept pouring it like beer constantly filling our glasses to the brim so the champagne would get warm in the glass. Second, today the eggs Benedict was served ICE COLD. And the replacement was hardly any warmer, we were really hungry by that time so just settled for cold food. Third to top it off the server never asked if we wanted coffee or even offered us a dessert menu after the meal. I realize staffing is a real challenge these days but from what I'm seeing Marche is slipping and for the price you pay to dine there this just shouldn't be happening. I have hope that things will improve."
