"We placed an order online for curbside pickup last night for dinner. Five Stars!!! The ease of ordering online and still have the opportunity to customize your sandwiches/meals is a lifesaver! We ordered a you pick two as well as a whole sandwich. Both items were correct we customized each sandwich). Their tomato soup is FABULOUS and my favorite by far at any restaurant. Mixing the croutons with the tomato soup is chefs kiss!! The Mediterranean veggie sandwich is a fabulous choice for non-meat eaters! We both changed the bread and I swapped out the cheese from feta to white cheddar .49c up charge). Absolutely worth it! We placed our order online before we left the house. It suggested that it would be ready by 6:07pm. We got there around 6:05pm and parked in the easy-to-find parking spots for curbside orders. Our order came out at 6:07pm just like ordering suggested! The food comes sealed in the bag, which is nice if someone else is picking up your food. We did end up having to go inside as they only included 1 out of the 2 sides. They were very pleasant inside and gave us the missing baguette. Then we were on our way! Food was still correct temperature when we arrived home even did a Target pick-up order on the way home). We will be returning and want to actually eat inside or outside of this Panera. Very convenient location, easy to get in and out."

"We stopped late morning on a weekday for carry-out. Delighted to find that they still had two cheese souffles available, which we claimed. Also pleased to find a couple of other pastry choices so close to noon. Everything was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Cashier who helped me was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Wish list: First, I wish they had a few sweetener packets at the cold drinks station. I chose unsweetened iced tea, but had to walk the length of the dining area to find sweetener at the coffee bar. Second, I wish they had more parking. It was packed at 11:30 am in the parking area shared with Starbucks. We had to park in the lot for the sushi place and walk over. We weren't the only ones who had to do this. Not sure how to fix it since the property is established."

"This place is usually very busy at lunch hour, so I go before or after to avoid the crowd. It's also a good walk from my house, 1.5 miles. It's nice to sit down and separate me from others. That's good as usual. I want to see some lower calorie elements on the pastry menu, apart from Croissant"

"We ordered a family festival with Mediterranean veg sandwiches, tomato soup quarters, Greek salad. Came with French baguette. Separate Mediterranean veg soup as a bowl size we ordered was very delicious. Sandwiches have only a small Dab of Hummus! It didn't even taste like there was something. You could have smashed a little more hummus. Baguette bread had a funny brown bag type of smell. Soups and salads were Yams. It was a comfort and healthy meal for a family and not expensive. Order was nicely packed for pickup, but possibly need better packaging for baguettes. Curbside pickup option was well managed in this place."

"Would absolutely not refer anyone here! They are way overpriced and claim they are not able to provide sanitary service! Super concerning! The bagel was over cooked and dry, they refused to butter the bagel and expected me to do it in my car as it is not sanitary for them to butter a bagel in their own kitchen before serving it to customers! How does that make any sense at all? If they are not sanitary enough to butter toast, they cannot be sanitary enough to cook anything else!"

"I came in to get some work done and was hoping I could order from my table but couldn't at this location. So I went to the counter to place my order and the cashier didn't understand what I was saying. I asked to sub my chicken for quinoa and she some how hear ham. Not only am I a vegetarian, am allergic to pork. I canceled and ordered rapid pick up instead and my food was done exactly the way I ordered it and done in less than 8 minutes. I do like that this location does have a fire place as well. I wish I could give this a 4.5 because the ordering issue at the counter was only worth loosing 1/2 star compared to the rest of the service and ambience. Another thing I noticed was I got a few people staring at me as though I was a strange face. Other than those two things it was a good experience."

"Ordered pickup and wasn’t ready for 10 minutes after the pickup time. When I went in after finally being told my order was ready, it was not in the pickup area and instead was sitting on the counter. None of the employees even acknowledged my presence or said hello when I walked in. The steak sandwich I ordered had next to no meat on it and was not very good. The only saving grace was the bacon turkey bravo. I’d recommend going elsewhere with all of the options at Centerton Square"

"I had the soup and salad combo, included chips, and I added a beverage. Came to $11 which I suppose is reasonable. Counter service was fine, restaurant was clean in spite of the crowd, and I thought the food was pretty good. I appreciate that the soup and the potato chips were not very salty. I appreciate Panera Bread looking out for my health in this way. But the Summer Corn Chowder could have been much improved with a few more spices for flavor. The Greek Salad was great and for two side dishes there was an adequate amount of food for my 165lb frame. Upon checking out, the server asked me to answer the question on the screen, which was, Do you want to leave a tip? . Well, it 's counter service. I 'm just not accustomed to tipping at a place where I have to order at the counter and I find it embarrassing, or perhaps convicting, to say No . Which I did. Overall, a good experience even if nothing more than one should expect from a semi-fast food restaurant."

"The manager went beyond and beyond today! I ordered Panera to cancel my order in court of her website at $0 per Tordash, 40 minutes after my order. I called Panera immediately and only asked what's going on, and he was as attentive as I was and offered a refund, I starved so I told him I was still over to get the food. When I arrived, he just put a fresh bag on my shelf: he was so apologetic, but it was NOT Panera's fault! Doordash could have called me and told me they couldn't get my food over me, that day and age I expect this Lol! Thanks for your Rockstar status service!"

"I came to the Panera at USF and they were extremely friendly and welcoming. I was sick and they made sure that I got my hot tea and told me to feel better. They were attentive to their customers and did it with a smile on their face. These employees at this particular Panera is unlike any other. I would know, I’ve worked at other Panera’s in the Tampa area and I have not experienced or witnessed the kind of customer service I’ve received today."

"The manager Barbra, absolutely amazing! I called in before I placed my order and asked her would it be possible to accommodate me being on a liquid diet due to my jaw being wired shut and asked if her blending my soup up was an option.. not only was shewilling to do so so I could eat at work, she was beyond happy to do it! She asked me how blended up I needed it to be to fit mydiet and she executed it perfectly ! I ordered two containers of broccoli cheese soup and she blended up both so perfect I wasable to drink it through a straw like I needed to be able too, best thing I?ve ate all month! Since my surgery I have askednumerous Panera?s around the area to do so and they all refused so I just tend to go my work days with out eating and today Iwas especially hungry so when Barbra was happy about blending my food up I can honestly she say she made my whole entire day200% better! "Order them here every time I serve a good salate. my man likes to melt her. I'm addicted to their icy green tees. they always have plenty of their fresh drinks on tap. the dining room is clean and beautiful covered around the edible. my meal always comes out as ordered. faster and friendly service. "Although Panera is a chain, this is my favorite to go. Despite the short servants like so many places they did so well. I tried to go through the drive-thru and was surprised to find it out. But it was the right thing to do. I didn't care I had to go in, the staff there is excellent and a cashier even remembers many of their customers. Good job team!"
