I called in before I placed my order and asked her would it be possible to accommodate me being on a liquid diet due to my jaw being wired shut and asked if her blending my soup up was an option.. not only was shewilling to do so so I could eat at work, she was beyond happy to do it! She asked me how blended up I needed it to be to fit mydiet and she executed it perfectly ! I ordered two containers of broccoli cheese soup and she blended up both so perfect I wasable to drink it through a straw like I needed to be able too, best thing I?ve ate all month! Baked goods are quite good, but the customer service organization is lacking a bit. Case in point, group of about 20 young girls (soccer team ? . The coach commandeered all 3 registers, as each girl figured out their order. Then when all orders arecomplete, coach went to each register to pay the bill. In my opinion, Panera should have dedicated 1 (or 2 registers to theteam and left a register open for other customers.
